Project Management Consultant 

Our Consultants lead cross-functional project teams on small- to medium-sized projects. They are always overseen by a senior consultant or partner at the company. They regularly facilitate:

  • High-level and detailed network-based schedules

Project Management Coordinator 

Our Project Coordinators work under the direct supervision of the onsite Senior Consultant or Consultant to:

  • Generate reports to inform stakeholders of project status
  • Identify areas that need attention by the project manager
  • Enter data into the project management software
  • Update project files during the normal schedule update cycle
  • Update Web sites, shared drives and databases
  • Serve as an onsite expert in project management software tools
